Octavo, two volumes, bound in full modern morocco with gilt titles and tooling to the spine in six compartments within raised gilt bands, gilt numbers to the spine, all edges gilt, gilt turn-ins and inner dentelles, marbled endpapers, frontispiece, with sixteen black and white illustrations. Boldly signed by illustrator John Sloan on the colophon page to the rear of volume two. One of 1,500 numbered copies, this is number 222. In fine condition. Introduction by Theodore Dreiser.
