Octavo, bound in full leather, gilt titles and tooling to the spine, front and rear panels, all edges gilt, ribbon bound in, illustrated with 48 pages of photographs. Volumes one of each are signed by Henry Kissinger. All volumes are in fine condition, from the library of businessman and philanthropist Ira Lipman, with his bookplate. An exceptional example with noted provenance.
