Octavo, bound in full levant morocco with gilt tooling to the spine in six compartments within raised gilt bands, morocco spine label lettered in gilt, double gilt ruling and central gilt arabesques to the front and rear panels, gilt turn-ins, wide typographical border to the title page, woodcut initials. In near fine condition. Scarce, ESTC locates 17 locations, with only eight in the United States and only one appearing at auction in the last 120 years.
