Presentation copy, inscribed by both the author and subject Theodore Roosevelt on the front free endpaper, "Mr N. A. Jennings with the compliments of C. Washburn Worcester April 10, 1916." Roosevelt's inscription underneath reads. "Good luck to you; and very sincere thanks for all the information you have given me about Mexico. Theodore Roosevelt April 15th 1916. " In near fine condition. An exceptional inscription.
