Seated from left to right: Prime Minister of Italy Vittorio Orlando (1860-1952), Prime Minister Great Britain, David Lloyd George (1863-1945), Prime Minister of France, Georges Clemenceau (1841-1929), and 28th U.S. President Woodrow Wilson (1856-1924). Signed in the lower margin by three of the four subjects as "D. Lloyd George", "G. Clemenceau", and "Woodrow Wilson." Signal Corps USA circular imprint at lower left. Double matted and framed.
