The United States of America passport from the Department of State signed by Norbert Wiener with his personal description and his signed photograph affixed to the bottom right corner. The seal is present and affixed to the bottom left corner. The passport authorized his travel to several locations in western Europe. Double matted and framed. In near fine condition with minor soiling.
