Rare boxing glove signed by famed American boxer Muhammad Ali. Red leather Everlast boxing glove boldly signed by Muhammad Ali. In fine condition. Accompanied with a first edition of Eddie Borden's Weekly Boxing World signed by famous American professional boxer Floyd Patterson. Octavo, original wrappers, volume one number one, dated Saturday, Nov. 5, 1960. Boldly signed by Floyd Patterson on the front cover. Patterson was a two-time World Heavyweight Champion, holding the heavyweight title from 1956 to 1959 and again from 1960 to 1962. Muhammad Ali and Floyd Patterson faced each other twice in the boxing ring, with Ali decisively winning both encounters. The first fight was on November 22, 1965, in Las Vegas with Patterson losing by technical knockout (TKO) at the end of the 12th round. Their rematch on September 20, 1972, at Madison Square Garden saw an aging Patterson once again outclassed, as Ali secured another victory when Patterson sustained a cut eye that swelled shut in the 7th round. In near fine condition with light toning.
