Presentation copy, inscribed by the author on a card adhered to the front pastedown of volume one, "To Gary W. Woolson kind regards from Harry Truman 2-4-61." Both volumes are fine in very good to near fine dust jackets, bookplate to the front pastedown. Jacket designs by Sydney Butchkes. Jacket photographs by Eliot Elsofon and U.S. Army Corps.
