First edition. Quarto, original boards. Fine in a near fine dust jacket. Inscribed by the author on the front free endpaper, "To Jane best wishes and....buen appetito Marcella Hazan." The recipient is Jane Moulton, who was a food editor for The Cleveland Plain Dealer from 1967-1992. She was a member of the American Wine Society and was the editor of its journal until 2008.
