Oblong octavo, original pictorial wrappers, illustrated with black and white photographs throughout. Presentation copy, inscribed by the author on the dedication page, "Arthur 'J', Thanks for keeping me alive and being such a good friend. Lloyd '02." In very good condition. Accompanied by approximately eighty original gelatin silver prints. Many of these photographs are represented in the book, but there are many additional photographs not included in the book which appear here.
