Octavo, original brown cloth. Inscribed and dated by the author in 1962. Near fine in the original dust jacket with expert restoration and strengthening to the hinges. Housed in a custom half morocco clamshell box. Inscribed copies of the first edition in the original dust jacket are exceptionally rare.
