Imperial octavo, original publisher's half cloth, illustrated with the materials to perform the tricks included. In near fine condition. Compiled for Members of the Magician's League of America. Housed in the original publisher's blue cloth folding box with gilt titles, floral detailing, and suits of playing cards, with a gilt inner panel lining, which is in good condition. Uncommon in the original box.
Walter B. Gibson (1897–1985) was an American writer, editor, and magician whose work played a central role in shaping twentieth-century popular magic literature.
