Quarto, original blue cloth with gilt titles to the front panel, triple ruling stamped in blind to the front and rear panels, illustrated with 14 mounted sepia toned gelatin silver prints. Presentation copy, lengthily inscribed by the author on the front free endpaper, "My dear Mark: Choo-choo! Choo-choo! Sting-a-ling! Sting-a-ling! All aboard! Sounds like business, eh?
