Square quarto, original cloth, cartographic endpapers, illustrated with photographs throughout. Presentation copy, inscribed by the author on the half-title page, "To Edgar, another Blair in the Ring of Fire!? Best wishes, Lorne Blaire Jam S&A, 1993." Near fine in a very good dust jacket with light bumping and rubbing to the extremities, and a small closed tear to the bottom of the rear panel. Jacket design by Bipin Patel.
