"Is this Eva Luna's life? Or is it the novel that she creates out of her biography? During four hundred pages, imagination and reality dance together" (Isabel Allende). Largely inspired by her secret readings of 'One Thousand and One Nights' from childhood, Allende's 'Eva Luna' conveys the wonders of storytelling for a new age with unique, fleshed-out characters and an abundance of possibilities.
