Octavo, original cloth with titles to the spine in silver. Presentation copy, inscribed by aviators Chuck Yeager and Deke Slayton on the half-title page, "To Wes and Sally Bokal. Best Regards - Chuck Yeager and Deke Slayton." Very good in a very good dust jacket with damp staining to the bottom of the textblock and jacket, slight splitting to the rear hinge. Jacket design by Kiyoshi Kanai.
