Signed limited first edition of Frost’s Pulitzer Prize-winning collection of verse, one of 803 copies signed by Frost, this is number 351. Octavo, original maroon cloth. Additionally inscribed by the author on the front free endpaper, "To Elizabeth Sergeant on top of the Rockies from Robert Frost still under the Andes." In near fine condition. Rare and desirable signed twice by Robert Frost.
In A Further Range, Frost's lyrics, "though more playful in blending fact and fantasy, have beneath their frivolity a deep seriousness" (Hart, 269). A Further Range earned Frost the Pulitzer Prize for the best book of poetry published by an American author in 1936.
