Octavo, 2 volumes, original gilt-decorated and printed ivory cloth, gilt topstain. Illustrated with gravure plates from photographs, drawings and paintings, folding; tissue guards. Fine in the rare original dust jackets with a touch of wear. Text decorations were designed by Margaret Armstrong.
